SCPL is manufacturing seamless Sports wear , outer wear , Intimate wear & compression wear for Men, Women and kids which started its operation in December 2010 for Domestic & Exports . The vertical-integrated-faculity of Sukartik Clothing Pvt. Ltd. at Ludhiana is one-stop-shop for the entire process of manufacturing seamless garments.

SCPL has technically advanced Santoni seamless knitting machines from Italy enable to produce fine quality for well- known Brands. Further, the plant has most advanced garment dyeing and processing unit making it the most integrated seamless garments manufacturing plant in India with all facilities under one-roof. With this infrastructure at present we can produce a wide range of seamless garments using yarns like combed cotton , polyamide , polyester and microfilaments with Lycra or spandex .

We have well experienced Technician Mr. Pankaj Sharma who got trained in Italy & Mr. Aman Guru in seamless designing having vast experience in Santoni Seamless Knitting Designing and Technical aspects . SCPL Plant has a Seamless capacity to knit and process 10000-12000 Pcs. of garments per day in all shape and sizes.
The Seamless Plant is the dream project for directors, who bring their vast experience and SCPL has well experienced Seamless Garments Technical Persons for producing comfort, quality and guaranteed samples.

Knitted Fabric Segment

SCPL is equipped with advance knitting machines . This advance setup help in achieving international finishes as per customer requirements . It has capability to process all kinds of knitted fabrics .

Yarn is indeed one of the prominent raw material for garment processing . Fabric manufacturing process is a complex & well designed process .It involves the following steps :

• Knitting–Yarn is provided as a input to the machinery & converted to fabric . SCPL produces all kind of knitted fabric like polyester , cotton , polyamide , Acetic Micro Filament & all types of blended fabrics.

• Dyeing – Knitting is followed by Dyeing . Company’s ultra modern HTHP Dyeing Machines , made by Tonello & Flainox imported from Italy for Fabric & Garment Dyeing . Dyes & chemicals procured from well- known company like Dystar , Huntsman , Clariant , Color band to dye a High quality lustrous fabric .Company has capacity to manufacture 6 Tons of fabric per day .
