Our dyeing division forms the backbone of our integrated manufacturing ecosystem — where technology, precision, and quality assurance come together to deliver world-class results.

Our facility is equipped with advanced HTHP,Flainox and Tonello dyeing machines, enabling high-quality fabric and garment dyeing with superior consistency and efficiency. With a robust daily capacity of 25 tons, we cater to large-scale production while maintaining uncompromised color accuracy and finish.

We use premium, eco-certified dyes and auxiliaries exclusively from trusted global companies like DyStar,Colorband,Jaysynth and Archroma ensuring both performance and sustainability.

Our in-house laboratory equipped with:-

1. Automatic color mixing & color dispensing machine.
2. Auto Colorcheck for color-making with magnetic stirrer
3. Fully Automatic I/R HTHP lab dyeing machine

We at SCPL conduct yarn testing for all garment and knitted fabrics and also conduct comprehensive testing for pH balance,shrinkage control, crocking, perspiration, color fastness, light fastness, and washing fastness, guaranteeing every batch meets international quality benchmarks. Each process is monitored by trained technicians following global testing protocols to ensure reliability and repeatability.
